June 18, 200818 yr why do u need 13M to get 99 cooking? =S ive done my calculations and to get 13M cooking exp you will only require around 5.2M if you use tunas =) since the price difference between cooked and raw tuna is 40gp and each tuna gives you 100 exp so every exp will cost you 0.4gp and 0.4 X 13000000 = 5.2M well i know 99 is around 13.1M exp but you have to take into account the exp to reach 40 to cook tuna...maybe that isn't exactly 100k cooking exp but still the difference won't be much. well unless you are planning to use sharks all the way or monks all the way...but since you only have 1.5m now tunas would be your best option...i've more than 120M but i still use tunas lol! well if u still want to make 13M to get 99 cooking try rcing, snap runs, hunting etc... maxed out melee on 10/10/08, current goal: 94/99 cookinglife may be unfair, but why can't it be unfair in my favor?my fake plant died because i forgot to pretend to water it
June 18, 200818 yr It's actually a lot less than 5.2m. I think that swordies are the cheapest method. My friend is getting 99 cooking right now, hes at 94 at the moment and I think it's gonna cost him like 3mil using a mix of swordies, monkfish, and sharks.
June 18, 200818 yr As said, the cost of 99 is probably a lot lower than 13m, I think around 5m. Farming herbs really helps you get money, unlock My Arm's herb patch and you will make 70-80k profit each run. Kwuarms, Snaps, Ranarr and Toadflax are all good to plant, Ranarr and Snaps especially good to plant in My Arms patch because you won't lose you expensive seeds to disease there. If you do three herb runs per day, which anyone can easily manage, you make around 240k profit. If you keep doing this you should be able to make money for your 99 cooking while training it. ;) . Mtk also helps you make money, do the quests for it if you haven't done them yet and you will make 500-700k per week extra. 10 Coal 5 Fish is the best currently. Also, may I ask why you want 99 cooking?
June 18, 200818 yr i know it would be slower but why not do it with fishing aswell? you keep the fish then and can go for 99 in both...
