June 22, 200818 yr I thought of this method when I was making tuna potatoes (a good get-rich-quick-scheme) Why is the butter so high priced? I'll tell you how to cash in on this. You need 38 cooking. You can enter the cooking guild and churn butter. Buy as many cream as you can from the GRAND EXCHANGE. I recommend using the west bank of varrock for fastest banking unless you have completed all of the Varrock achievement diaries. Take an inventory of 28 creams out of the bank. (must wear chef's hat) Enter the cooking guild and go upstairs to the second level. There's a churn for you to make milk into cream; cream into butter or cheese. Make butter. select one of the creams in your inventory and "use it with the butter churn. Right click make 10. when done 10, repeat until inentory is all butter. Leave, bank and repeat until desired amount of butter is made. sell on GRAND EXCHANGE. Currently, they sell for 400-500gp each It takes a while, but it's worth it when the cream is all churned into butter.

June 22, 200818 yr One piece on info missing, how much does cream sell for, just to know how much profit can be made.
June 22, 200818 yr i tried to make tuna potatoes too and stopped at 100 cuz of the slow butter churning, but if i were going form cream (worth generally 20-40 gp) to butter (over 400-500) Thats about 360-480 gp of profit, which can only be a good thing \ good tip by the way
June 22, 200818 yr Very nice tip, its just as good as p ess if not better and requires much less work. I recommend this now while a few people know about it.
June 22, 200818 yr very great tip! I love things that nobody would think of =] Suggestion: How about you time yourself to churn an inventory so you could do an approx. cash per hour? Just kidding ladies, you know I love you =DGuide to Making Money with NPC Trading
June 22, 200818 yr i dunno if it's been changed, but i timed myself when making dairy products and it takes roughly 7 seconds to churn an item from one step to another (eg. milk to cream, cream to butter, etc). so 28 butters would take roughly 196 seconds or 3 mins 16 seconds, not counting the trip to and from the bank. i'll try this to see if my calculations were correct or not and give an update when i do.
June 22, 200818 yr I will honestly not deny that I have been doing this from the second I read this post.. I have been getting by being bankrupt for too long and I need some quick cash so i can afford to go to gwd and I have made like 250k doing this so far in about 45 mins - prob give or take
June 23, 200818 yr Author Thanks for all the support... After some rough calculations, I've estimated that you can make over 500 an hour, almost 210k profit!
