I never superheated but doesn't it waste more cash then alching when doing mith bars?

When alching what should you alch to make money?

well the only things i got in mind for f2p alching is steel plate(high quantity) or gold necklaces...but you still tons of money alching but its fast..

 

i seriously recommend superheat you only lose 55gp each alch ^^ like kdog2fast said and its good exp,unless you prefer combat spells

 

 

 

edit:you can also get rune meds and d hides body to alch... :shame: in high quantitys..thought

Tbh that's the slowest way to train magic... I did high alchemy from 55 to 82 now without any losses (buying all items on GE).

I suggest getting mind runes, fire runes, and an air staff to use fire strike (even though it requires less airs then fires, air runes are more expensive, so an air staff saves more money) and finding a low level monster (or safe spot).

if you dont want to lose to much cash use crumble undead only bad thing i cant think of any f2p drops that cover cost

 

or you could use fire blast/strike on lessers and you might get some cash back

and earth water staff depending on the price of runes

 

and cast on mage of zammy in varrok castle

casting water strike on water mage in south fally wearing:

 

green d'hide armour

 

coif

 

other range armour

 

this applies with the other mages (fire strike on fire mage etc.)

Ya curse with full rune would be the cheapest but it will get incredibly boring. If you wan't to train in fist of guthix also take the full rune, green d hide vamb, etc... and auto cast the highest spell you can. You shouldn't deal any damage and a smart person will let you just hit them, maximizing your time and xp per game.
