i know i cant fight them now, but what should i train to in order to feel comfortable and not lose as much health so fast. (melee, mage, and range f2p)

If would not recomend that any free player melee lessers. If you want to melle something so to the ice giants in the ice caves. Lessers are good for maging by any level. They are decent for ranging, but you should get your level up to 70 first. So for you if you really want to kill them go with mage. But if you looking for melee xp try ice giants, they're a lot better for that.

You could range/mage at any level, but melee you should have around 60ish in all melee stats for good exp, although def is optional. You already have 50 attack so just get maybe 60+ str and go for it. If you don't like what you see, train attack there as well. ( maybe train one of them to 51, then the other to 51, then the first to 52, etc.) #-o

I never found lesser demons worth it f2p melee. I got faster exp and more profit out of moss giants, along with prayer

Cockroaches are better than lessers in F2P from what I found. At level 75-ish, I could barely effectively kill lessers in P2P, but I went F2P, and killed cockroahces easily. (it sure is great cash!)

The small chance of a Rune med and other decent items is outweighed by the high rate of damage, though with 63 fishing / 41 cooking, you can get Lobsters yourself, and that makes them doable. Rune wep, Rune armour & good food, and you can kill a few, but it's really a case of fish and use, with a small chance of a decent payoff.

 

 

 

I've taken down a Lesser with my Steel Pure, and yes, it was a single one, maybe two.

 

On the other hand, a mage can use the not entirely reliable safespot, and blow them away with nothing more than strikes if you choose.

I'd say some kind of giant or flesh crawlers are good for your level. I wouldn't bother with lessers now, and if you've like 65+ in each combat stat you could try cockroaches. These things are like 4 levels higher but hit worse on full rune than lessers and drop better.

Dont melee lessers until you have 70def. Else they hit too often.

 

Mage them, range them to kingdom come...only after 70mage/70range, but they hit fast and up to 8.

 

 

 

Giants are good for melee and range.

Thats surprising. Cockroaches have like 50-60 def. They are really hard to hit even at my 80atk. I often hit 0s against them. If any thing, lessers are easier than cockroaches. The cash is good though...thats for sure.

To be honest, you're fine right now. :P I have lower stats than that and I haven't ever had any trouble with lessers. Just bring some lobbysters and you'll be fine.
