yes, it does.

 

The zammy effect can be very useful if your opponent is casting fire blast with 60 magic. The zammy flames will lower him to 55 mage making him unable to cast fire blast.

 

The guthix effect is hardly noticable.

 

The sara spell lowers their prayer, great if you combine it with smite.

 

 

 

In a mage-mage duel definately use zammy flames.

 

Everywhere else use sara strike.

Claws is the only practical one, which is used at dag kings

Sara is useful in player vs player cirucmstance when you come up agaisnt sopmeone whos praying as alongsiode smite it will wipe oput prayer fast

 

 

 

Zammy is useful in mage vs mage player fights.

 

 

 

All three have thier uses, I'd recommend getting all three I did then i went into arena with 1 ppot cast first one 100 times, ran to bank got runes out for 2nd and a fresh ppot and so on to do all three.
