Although tsunamis can primarily be caused due to a fast upheaval of the tetonic plates (although they still have to shift in a way that displaces enough water) they can also be caused by a submarine landslide which may have been triggered by the inital tremors. Which means that C could also cause a tsunami if a bomb was detonated in an unstable area
