Someone must have had quite a good laugh when they told you that, higher leveled slayer monsters give better drops though.

 

Banshees drop alot of herbs, but they are far away from a bank plus you will kill them too fast.

Umm, sorry to disappoint you, but unless they made a hidden update lately, I dont think camping at banshees will net you 200mil in 1 or 2 months, seriously.

I think you're just getting excited about membership, and looking at your stats, you have quite a reason to be! All that stats in f2p must have been pretty boring, lol. But you could read the new p2p'ers guide on tipit, just enjoy your time on members, i know i sure did!

Wel none of the skills were really boring except for mining and smithing. But yeah i guess il have a look at some of the guides... thanx for help :thumbsup:

i kind of laughed a little when i read that...

 

banshees require 15 slayer lvls, and their only 23 cb. making 200m out of this is blasphemy if you ask me. -.-

Well they drop one hell of a lot of herbs and p ess.

 

 

 

They're highly underrated really, especially for low levelled players. I'll assume we're talking about the low level banshees not the big ones in Sumonas dungeon.

 

 

 

The 200m figure is inflated for sure, though if you camped there 15 hours a day for 2 months i'm sure it's possible to make a very large amount of money.

 

 

 

You can get around 100 herbs an hour if you work very hard (thanks Q), they also drop Pure essence and black mystic gloves (ess very often, noted, and gloves not too rarely if you're killing them en masse).

 

 

 

So i guess if you're slightly off your trolley and camped there all day every day it's possible, but in reality heeeeeeeeell no. Besides, there are other places you'd do better frankly.

 

 

 

My advice to you as a new member: do as much combat as you possibly can via slayer for the rest of your career, excluding boss trips anyway, though slayer can even help with that...

If you camp at anything for 1-2 months your bound to make money...... maybe not that much but still.

I've done banshees for a while, going there with some pots and 16 anch. pizzas.

 

I usually stayed there for about 3-4 hrs and picked up only rannars, kwuarms and the rest listet below

 

 

 

~1300+ pure ess noted (~200k)

 

~50 green charms, 10 gold, 3 crimson, 0-1 blue (priceless)

 

~40-60 chaos and cosmic runes (didn't pick them up later ~12k)

 

~4-5 kwuarms (~15k)

 

~14-16 rannars (~100k)

 

 

 

so there was a total of ~320k each run.

 

Don't think thats bad for such a low-lvl monster.

banshees drop lvl 1 clues A LOT, I used to get 1 clue in about 25 kills...

nope, especially not with your stats...

I'm sure its possible to make a few mil, but not anymore than that.

Only if you kill enough, which to be honest there are much better options for than banshees, your time could be better spent elsewhere. I'd just do slayer.

Wrong. On a task of 150+ banshees I make 200k or more from the p ess, mystic gloves, and herbs.

I agree with some of the posts here. For their level, banshees are fabulous. I'm 98 slayer and I still gladly do them whenever I get them for a task :. Very easy, very fast, lots of pure essence and herbs. So, when you start doing slayer as a member, be happy every time you get them assigned. However, don't go camping there, there are better and more rewarding ways for making money.
