Yes, Ice bursting lobs would be best, it's fast and you get charms (although I'm not exactly sure how much it'll cost), you can also fire wave metals or avies if you want.

If you are willing to spend that 30m on bursts then do it.

 

At rock lobsters that would be something like...

 

3m-4m magic xp

 

and around 5k crimson charms since your magic level is low.

Then you could still try fire waving or alching?

alch yew longs,you dont lose much and its fairly fast xp,just go to castle wars or any other intersting place and alch while you watch the game or were ever you are.

try alching at training place, little more xp since u deposit coins...or try bursting like everyone else said.

I'd say go with fire waving metals, its very good xp, and you might get some sort of dragon drop :)

If you do alch, it's good to go to a place where you can recoup your losses. For example, collect swamp tar in the Lady Zay (pirate ship from Lunar Diplomacy) and alch as you wait for it to respawn.
