Jagex will NEVER make new f2p quests unless it gets to the point where litterally almost all f2p users have completed all the quests and they start losing mass amounts of users. I don't want to sound harsh, but it boils down to Jagex really just cares more about the opinions of members because we pay $5 a month. F2p is meant for two reasons, one is to allow people to sample the game, and the second is to allow players to level up before facing some of the challenges of P2p. If you want to do more quests then just pay 5$ a month and get a subscription. If you can't then just level up your character for fun and get loads of money or worse case scenario, quit! I personally would love to see updates on free every once in awhile (like 4 times a year) but members would still get mad. note that I am a member before calling me and f2p cheapskate that just want more quests without paying.
