I would only lend something to a friend, free of charge.

 

 

 

But during Tree Gnome Village, someone needed an axe. I lent it to them because he needed it for a quest.

well id say that it would be immoral to charge if they are a close friend or somthing, but other then that its fair to do so as long as you are not dishonest about it and do what you say you will.
