As if we're not restricted through trading enough...?

 

Besides, the other side could just put up 1gp.

sorry but jagex needs to stop people from paying for the items somehow! itwem lending is free and people are making money off of it and people are logging right after payment!

So basically, you are trying to restrict us even further with trading limits? It is the persons choice if they want to give out free cash, they know the risks involved.

The changes Jagex made were to make it near impossible to real-world trade. Any more restrictions would be to slap us in the face and patronise us even more. Despite that, your suggestion is very weak as all you need to do is to sell an item such as a bronze pickaxe to circumvent this restriction. That only mean a lot of hassle. We do not need Jagex to babysit us more than they already are, it's merely a game and you can use common sense. Those who has fallen for a scam should learn from the experience as well.

 

 

 

I strongly oppose this suggestion.

The player borrowing the item should be smart enough to set the limit in hours and not "until one of the players logs out"

Could you maybe make it "player A" and "player B" or something in your post, because I have no idea what you're trying to say. It's very confusing when you refer to people as "the other player" and "this player" etc.
