What happened here?! Lightning quit, she made a thread on the forums I think. Anyway she disabled her channel since then and the new channel is now Forsakenmage. RIP RU_Insane. As for the Tip.It forums, they have been upgraded to PHBB3 and been given a new skin to resemble the main website. Guess that's all.
