One way for a player to get a strength potion is to go to the Apothecary in Varrock with a limpwurt root, red spiders' eggs, and 5 gold. You talk to that npc and go through 8 slides of dialogue to get one potion. I usually go there with many limpwurts roots and red spiders' eggs ready to make many strength potions, but going through all of the dialogue each time makes it frustrating. So my idea is when you have enough supplies to make many potions have the Apothecary say, "I see you have enough supplies and money to make X amount of strength potions, do you want to make them all?". Then you would have the option to answer "Yes, thank you", or "No, thank you". This would help to save a lot of time and frustration. What do you think?

yes!!!!!!!!!!! absolutely agree with u. this frustrates me as well. i hope they do this. but i dont think they will. jagex wants the game to be tough for its players. there might not be strategy involved here but they want us to go through the boredom of going through each slide of the dialogue. i mean jagex doesnt make mining easier like wcing or fishing...

I agree, wen i was f2p, and before i quit, this used to frustrate me terribly, if i wanted to get some str potions for my mates for a PKing trip, i had to go through millions of pages of dialogue, by the time i had finished they were ranting at me to tell me to get a bloody move on :lol:

A simple suggestion that will make things easier? Great idea. :thumbsup:

 

 

 

There is no reason for this excess of conversation. Seems logical to remove once you already know what you are doing.

Also, Instead of making another thread, I would like to suggest making attack potions f2p. No one in members really ever use them and there are thousands rotting away in banks and ge.

I agree, I emptied all the attack potions I made, the vials were worth more than the potions lol
