i've been fighting quite alot in duel arenas these couple of days n it seems like im getting owned by like 50-60 lol .they keep on hitting me but i cant seem to hit them once wiv rune scim on agrsive .should i jst train att n str till the highest i can get to ?im f2p

Just because you lose to someone 10 levels lower than you is no cause for alarm, you are only 77 combat don't expect to be owning everything under you. Just keep training everything... and also try to fight using your own rules eg, using prayer, food, so you feel comfortable...

At level 96 I lost a duel to a level 80. I got my rear end handed to me, he killed me in less than 15 seconds.

 

Turns out the guy had extremely high attack & strength, but 30-40 defense. Dragon dagger special attack blitz.

 

 

 

In short, I lost 400k :wall:

 

Then I dueled the rest of the day and made it back slowly.

 

 

 

Moral of the story is don't give up. Experiment with different strategies and rule sets to see what you like and are comfortable with. But most of all have fun, whether you win or lose.

Your stats look fine to me, remember that this game is very luck based...

well, if the problem to you is you never hit, just train attack to 70 or so. If you feel you hit often enough, just not high enough, train str to around 70.

well here's a thing, if you were fighting with no armour, then some of the guys might have been full power praying on u, example:ulti str, steel skin, incredible reflexes. with these, a kid with 60 att str def hp and 43 pray(combat 74) will have 69 att str def 60 hp and 43 pray for a short period, basically turning him into a combat 82. a lot of people use this but only for no armour because your pray will run out very quick, probally within a few min

He was probably praying... when I was level 80 I was able to beat 100's because I would use all the +15% prayers.

i'm just saying, i ran into a lvl 90 smething once when i was lvl 80 smething and pwned him bad. he was so shocked and when i told him what i did he was like so amazed and grateful i tought him it he gave me like 50k -.-

 

this was before fair trade of course but it was real funny :lol:

70, it shouldn't cost that much, maybe 5-10m which anybody can make reasonably fast. Get you combat stats up, again shouldn't be that long.

well during a no armour or with a kit i'd say ulti str steel skin and incred reflex if you don't want your enemy to see your using pray. if he is using melee protect then just use melee protect and incred reflex as it is more important to hit often then to hit high during a no armour

in rs its just a matter of luck in some situations. it a probability. u may hit 10 0s in a row or hit maxed 10 in a row. it is sometimes luck.
