Yes, so I need to get to 70 for as less money as possible (obviously), but I don't want to calculate what's the cheapest(easiest, so I was wondering if any of you have some personal experiences with herblore that was fairly cheap and easy.

 

 

 

Serum 207 is no possibility.

Prayer pots are under 6 gp/xp, but they're not fast. If you want it fast just make the best potion you can make.

I did serums from 67 to 81, like in 1 week or so, I recommend serums 207

 

 

 

Ingredients are tarromin, vial of water and ashes, not trade able/sell able

Serum 207:

 

Tarromin 380ea

 

Ash 5ea

 

Vial of water 95ea

 

 

 

Total is 480ea, for 50xp. That's 9,6 gp/xp.

 

Now look at prayer potions, which give 87,5xp each.

 

 

 

Ranarr 6245ea

 

Snape grass 360ea

 

Vial of water 95ea

 

 

 

Total is 6700gp, resellable at 6100ea. That's a loss of 600ea, 6,9gp/xp. Also, it's faster, as the potion gives 87,5xp instead of 50.

i agree i have just started ranarrs a week or so ago and its the best money i have made on rs

I made super energy pots. Bought all of the materials off of the ge. I think you only lose around 1mil from it all.

That's exactly the problem - the Serums aren't tradeable or noteable.

 

I guess I can do prayer potions, but I'd prefer if I could buy all the supplies at once.

You can do quests/mini games. If you are looking for cheap. You can grow your own herbs. I did 1k prayer potions like this. 6m profit back then.

I dont think there any possible way to buy the seconds and the herbs AND make a profit. Your best bet is to farm your own herbs and make potions out of them.

Nono, I don't HAVE to make profit, I just want to get a relatively cheap method.

 

And for the quests, I've got a questcape, and the latest 5 quests won't get me 70. Sorry, but thanks for suggesting :).
