hide inside hide tags

Why can't we use hide tags inside other hide tags? There are a couple of things I wish to add to my guide that involves double hide tags, but they don't work at the moment.

I spent a good 30 mins looking for this last night, I couldn't figure it out, was quite frustrating. :wall:

 

 

 

Anyhow, if it's possible, I would like to see it added as well.

I remember that (Edit :P ) Sebbeberg pointed out some bugs with that, (Pre-rollback I think) it could be because of that that it's not allowed. I don't know.

For some strange reason, it isn't possible to have double hide-tags.

Pre rollback, with Phpbb2, i think we were able to use double hide tags, and even have 1 tag with 2 or more separate hide tags within that.

 

 

 

Also, I did a search for Sebberg, but it came with no results, and then i did a search for Sebb*

 

Only match i saw was Sebbeberg

I remember with phpBB2 you could do that because I did it a lot... Actually maybe only four times. :D

May I suggest analyzing the code that is used to handle quotes, and how that is parsed during posting? I think it may lead to an extremely nice solution for everyone. :idea:
