Yes you get good xp and make back the money on b2p tabs,but its not worth it if you have to wait for example a month to get one where you could have made that money in that time. Charms are decent too, I'd do it although don't expect a chain. (Mah friend got one second kill, and didn't get one after another 7k? kills.)
