yeahyeahyeahs
By the time that I am member again I will have 70 att, 70 str and 60 def. I wanted to know what is the best armor that I can get with ~2mil. So far this is what I thought up. Helm of Neitz Granite Platebody Obby Shield Dragon Legs Any suggestions on what to add (rings, necklaces) and what to change?
llamster
Fighter torso is better than granite platebody. Its defence bonus is slightly lower but it has a useful +4 strength bonus. And dragon skirts are cheaper than the legs, so you should buy the skirt. Overall, you should just get 70 defence and buy Torag's platebody and legs. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
konzserwas
Any suggestions on what to add (rings, necklaces) and what to change? Amulet of glory Combat bracelet You might use ring of wealth, but a lot of poeple (including me) thinks they are useless  otherwise wear ring of dueling to acces bank quickly from anywhere or perhaps ring of life if you're going somewhere dangerous. If you'll have enough money left get a warrior ring for some accuracy bonus
Seanthorn
Id recommened anything like this: Neitz Helm > Warrior Helm > D med Fury > Glory Fighter Torso > Granite Plate > Rune plate Skill cape > Obby cape > Team cape Rune defender > Obby Shield Dragon Legs/Skirt > Rune legs Dragon boots > Rune boots > Addy etc.... Abby whip > D scimmy > D long RFD Gloves > Combat Bracelet Warrior Ring > Wealth Obv some like Fury and skill cape are somethign tht is far reach from you, but i put them there anyway. Thats roughly what you should get, whip + Defender = Ownage.
sweetvictory
okay first of all, granite body and d skirt will make you look like the typical noob. helm of neziot is a good choice, although drag med is ok if u want good def bonus. DO NOT BUY GRANITE PLATE. it is not worth it. its only a bit better than rune plate, and its way heavier. In most cases you would want to have as least weight on you as possible. For capes defiantly go for obby if u can afford it. if you can't then just use a team cape or one of the spot capes if you have a good hunt. For boots go for rune or drag. For weapons its more complicated, if you have done monkey madness then throw away the d long and get a d scimmy. buy a whip if you have enough money for it. if you have done hero's then buy a b axe too, and maybe a mace (in my opinion b axe is a lot better beacuse it has a stronger spec). for shields get a obby shield if you want better over all protection, or a rune kite if you want better melee protection. for gloves get rfd or combat braces, and for rings i ususally wear a ring of wealth, or a warrior ring if u can afford it after all the items i have suggested this is gonna take a while.... yeahyeahyeahs
How long should the rune defender and torso take to get, I don't want to spend too much time getting them. Also, is veracks brassard and helm worth getting?
manitstinks
About 2 hours is enough for all the tokens and stuff but since your low lvl, it might take more for defender I took 1 and a half days for torso and why would u get barrow armour if its not the full set? llamster
Also, is veracks brassard and helm worth getting? Yes, if you are using prayer. craven_range
Get your stats to flat 70's first (70 attack, str and def) Then Get guthan's body instead of Torag's. Same Defence, Half the Price. Verac's Skirt instead of Torag's legs, bit more expensive, but alot more useful. Get a Slayer Mask
SnWRifleman
Buy a glory. Work for a Rune Defender as well, they are really helpful. Dragon boots and/or Climbing Boots are good to have. Ring, I'd say use a RoW, unless you are going for dragon drops, because it reduces dragon drop chance. Main: Snw rifleman - FINISHED DESERT TRESURE 11/5/08 WOO Just your typical asian who likes to play games =)

yeahyeahyeahs
One last question, what quests/skills are needed to get into the place for the defenders?
