Now the real achievement. I made this thread because in two days I will have been a member for 1 year.

 

I'd like you to rate my achievements, bank and stats. If you don't like them, just say it. I won't bite. 8-)

 

[hide=History Of My Account]I started playing somewhere during the fall of 2005. My whole school was playing it, so I thought I'd try it out. I never knew I'd spend so much time and effort on this game, so I quickly made a username and did tutorial island.

 

 

 

In the weeks after that, I probably had the most fun I've ever had playing runescape. Exploring new areas, leveling up, earning money by killing goblins and then discussing it next day during school. I remember when someone in my class got full rune and we were all like zomg wtf hax@@!

 

After a while, I got used to the game and discovered tip.it. I didn't join the forums until way later, but the skill guides really helped me out. I was levelling like never before and when the school holidays started, my parents agreed with me getting membership.

 

 

 

I was really happy, I was able to explore all runescape with the tip.it guides by my side. I soon started playing a LOT, and I became quite addicted. I completed quests like an honest player, but when I was out of money I started to scam people at varrock bank, earning me my first 1m. Remember, I was a kid back then #-o.

 

I even started playing at night, which wasn't really a good move. After about a month my parents noticed and I got grounded for a month. I dropped my stuff and quit playing runescape after this.

 

 

 

I had let go of runescape, but when I had nothing to do about a year later, I decided to try runescape again. I was hooked immediately. After a few days I got membership and started to do quests.

 

My stats when I started playing again in October '07:

 

 

 

 

 

 

The member stats in there are from my first month of members.

 

 

 

After I finally managed to do Heroes quest with a random partner I met at yaks, I did legends and finally had access to the mighty legend's cape. I was quite proud of myself :P .

 

I also achieved 1337 total, and that was the point where I decided I wanted to achieve things. So I thought about what kind of achievement I'd like to achieve, and I decided I should get all my stats to 70+. At first, this goal didn't feature summoning, but after they released batch 2 I decided to get 70 summoning too.

 

At this point, I also discovered the tip.it forums. I joined, and suddenly there was another load of in-depth information available, just like the tip.it site was a real help for me when I was a newb. I probably wouldn't have been where I are now without the tip.it forums and Bsc/Esc, thank you!

For some stats I really had no idea how to train them, let alone get them to 70. I tried to train Farming by picking herbs in Sorceress' Garden, I did this until level 30. I started planting willow trees and orange trees, and to my surprise, I really liked it! Getting xp by just planting things in a few minutes then coming back a while later to get a load of xp is fun :thumbup: . At first I just wanted to get 59 for Back To My Roots, but when I got that I didn't want to give up and I bought ~200 oranges to get 70 farming. Shortly after this, I discovered pineapples, which were very cheap and much faster than oranges. I started using those instead, those and herbs got me 90 farming so far. I still have 70 orange saplings left in my bank.

 

 

 

While farming, I was getting closer and closer to all 70+. On the 15th of May, I achieved 1700 total. I was quite happy about it and made a Rate This thread about it. Unfortunately it got deleted during the rollback.

Of course, the next achievement after this was 1800 total. When I achieved this level, I already was very close to all 70+.

Two weeks after that, I finally achieved the goal I had been working at since the start of 2008. All 70+!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Since then I've been working on my combat skills. I hadn't slayed in a long while, I went 71-72 slayer through the Jade Vine while skilling.

 

I currently want to get 85 slayer, and I will probably continue to 90 slayer if I'm not sick of it by then. I also want to get get higher range for bosses, 90+, and while doing all this I'm planning to keep working on 99 untrimmed Farming, leveling Herblore along the way with the dwarf weeds I farm.

I know my bank isn't that good, but I'll first have to get stats for monster hunting. Currently working on slayer and range. I may complete some random goals first, but getting 95+ range/defence is currently my main goal :D

I'd give 10/10 except for the fact that you scammed for your first 1mil. Although I would never in a million years get scammed (you have to be dumb to get scammed), I think it's pretty low. :thumbdown:
