Well everyone, the time has come for my first blog. How about I start by explaining my character and its stats and my current goals. Since I won't attempt to add buttons (first blog and first forum) to save space, I'll just write them out the old fashion way.

If you couldn't tell, I'm not big into combat, but I need to get out of this no fighting funk sometime soon. But I really like the other skills. I'm really proud of my Woodcutting and Fletching, working on both of them now.

 

 

 

As of today, I basically spent the past 5 or 6 hours woodcutting in my favorite spot, Edgeville. 2 yew trees with a bank really close by, what more could I possibly want. But determining on how fast I level, I might actually fletch and alch all the yews I cut today, which would be fantastic.

Ok, from my wonderful amount of about 15 hours of gametime yesterday, I was able to make some goals for the day, even though it was done in a longer time then imagined. I was able to get the following levels up..

 

 

 

Woodcutting : 81 -> 82

 

Crafting : 56 -> 57

 

Fletching : 74 -> 76

 

Mage : 65 -> 67

 

Summoning : 28 -> 30

 

 

 

Key things of the day...

 

1) I just realized I am in the magic guild, I think the requirement is 66 mage (correct me if I'm wrong), now that's just awesome, I got into a guild without really working to get into it. Just an added bonus :D

 

2) I got my summoning level up to high scores!!!! What's so significant about this is that I still haven't used a single charm on summoning. That's about 11k exp there that I never spent a dime on! :lol:

 

 

 

Goals now set...

 

1) Once again, I shall do what I normally do when I want a fletching goal, I use these steps: (1) cut yews till I level up again, 250k+exp :? (2) Fletch all yews to yew longs (3) Go to g.e. and buy my supplies, flax and nature runes (4) I think you can guess the rest...but yeah that's my main goal

 

2) I'm thinking about starting firemaking, it's only level 47 or so, and I can use the extra levels on my total, but if you have any suggestions, feel free to share.

Today really hasn't been that eventful, at least Runescape wise! The reason why I couldn't play much today because of the whole Hurricane Ike thing slamming into the Texas coast and wrecking my internet connection... :x not happy. But once the connection was back on, I was again not enthused. As soon as I get on the clan chat, I immedietly get about 10 or so messages saying that it's not a good day to be named Ike and so on and so forth. I know it's all fun and games, but it can get kinda irritating.

 

 

 

SO...instead of working on woodcutting and all those other great skills I set goals for today, I decided that I wanted to bash some skulls in and take my anger out by working on combat. My combat stats, well melee, are pretty ok...not great but not bad. I decided to train on the hill giants in edgy dungeon. Could of been a better choice, but I chose that so I can really get prayer up, which is lacking anyway.

 

 

 

But earlier today I was normally woodcutting like usual. I was with my newfound rival in the clan snw rifleman cutting yews south of the beehives when his whole incident poped up on the chat. I'm not to happy about that, him being a friend/rival and all, but for him to be kicked from the chat, I'm kinda sad. BUT he shouldn't of done that anyways. :shame: When he got booted, he just left me in the dust at the yews and logged off or did his own thing. I wouldn't blame him for doing so, being kicked by one of the largest clan chats in runescape, so then I was alone.

 

 

 

With about 2-3 hours of gaming today ( my lowest amount in about a week), I pretty much got nothing done. Here are my gains for today.

 

 

 

Attack : 50->52

 

Prayer : 33->35

 

 

 

With today finally ending and moving into Sunday, I shouldn't get much playing today at all, I'm heading back up to college from a weekend at home and will be glad to be rid of my family, even though I love them! So, I shall end with my normal ending...Prepare Yourself!

I decided to continue with my training in combat today, starting with hill giants, then working on up with slayer tasks. But at the end of the day, I still wasn't satisfied. So I went back to Edgeville and started chopping yews again for my noncombat goals.

 

 

 

Unfortunetly, because I have greatly trained in wc in large amounts in such a short time, I feel kinda bored with the skill. I really don't want this to happen because a goal is a goal. I must find ways to entertain myself and if you happen to have any good ideas at how to keep me occupied in woodcutting, I would greatly appreciate the advice.

Well, I did it, I made my goal before my membership was done. I have finally reached 80 Fletching! I'm so happy!! :D :D :D But this doesn't mean that I won't stop trying to make new goals.

 

 

 

When I was at 76 fletching about 2 days ago, I realized I probably wasn't going to get my goal of 80 if I chopped all my yews, so I decided to take a risk. I used up almost all my funds to purchase about 4.2k yews, flax, and natures, and sure enough, it was enough to get me to 80. It still took a long time to get that though. 1 day to spin the flax alone!!

 

 

 

But with 80 fletching I got quite a few other levels as well.

 

 

 

Crafting : 55 -> 58

 

Fletching : 76 -> 80

 

Mage : 67 -> 71

 

 

 

Magic getting to 71 is a nice bonus, cause now I can do some blood spells when I get back to membership. But who knows when that will be. I have about 12 days of membership left, and I have to cancel my cheap 5 dollar subscription a month because this time, I DON"T HAVE 5 DOLLARS in my bank account. I'm very ticked and I don't want to pay for the raise, but if I want to be a member again, I'm just going to have to tough it out.

 

 

 

With such limited time left, I would like to ask the readers if they have any ideas for any P2P goals for me to make in the last 12 days, and for some F2P goals that I can try to achieve. That's all for today and I'm sory for not writing for 2 days, wanted to make this one count though!
