Hey its been a while since I've been back here, finally got myself some free time again :) . Well started this painting about five months ago and decided to try and finish it off. However its still not finished yet as you can tell.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And yeah it was done with my trusty old mouse lol, I got enough money to buy a tablet but I'm not quite commited enough with the uni-expenses, girlfriend and social life, Im kinda needing cash :P. But I think if I got one it'd make life alot easier when trying to paint :lol:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Things i intend to improve/fix:

 

 

 

the hair

 

 

 

getting rid of some of the pixelness

 

 

 

change the dimensions and add a background.

I think you would be able to see a small part of the ear from that perspective.

yeah there should be an ear, it'll look better.

Yeah it would look better with a piece of the ear showing. The hand sort of looks like a claw for some reason. Nice job overall!

I think she could use a bit rounder back, at our left side, the back of the shoulder. It looks like its chopped off a bit.

hand is little weird and very pixelish (you said oyu would fix that) but the brightness/contrast makes it seem like its someone elses hand and not hers even taking the lighting into mind

I think something is a bit off with the wrist/hand.....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The hand seems to be coming out of her tricep... where as the wrist seems to be bent a different way... and I think one reason the wrist is so wierd is because her hand is very round and her thumb is very long. Fingers don't curl like that, and I think the hand in general is too big.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I think her ear is just covered up... I like everything from the neck up, it looks really great. I'm confused as to why her necklace is on backwards, but I think it looks really good. More of a "I'm just wondering why" than a "you need to fix." I can send you a GraphireIII for free I have an extra one laying around. It bothers me that you are so good only with a mouse... :-P Let me know if you're interested.

The hand and everything below the neck was actually done recently; five months later from when the painting was initially started. So I've lost the rhythm and quite frankly im kinda rusty :lol:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As for the ear its supposed to be covered up by the hair. But it seems it still looks a bit weird, so I'll see what I can do wiith it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And Kiephus really appreciate the offer man, but it's all cool. I'm gonna need one sooner or later for my Uni-course anyway, so I'm not in a hurry.

Howdy [bleep]! Great work, very realistic apart from the hand. It's like a beautifull lady with THE DEMON CLAW! I think the fact that fingers are so far apart from each other makes it look threatning. Like a zombie grabbing on to her. I think the color is a little paler and less saturated on the hand too, making it look a bit out of place.
