September 18, 200817 yr I have a similar thread on RS Forums, but I thought I'd try here. When you range using crossbows, do you prefer using the 'accurate' or 'rapid' mode during: PK: Monster Hunting: I prefer accurate on both because of the hits lol 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
September 19, 200817 yr accurate always :) There's a man up on that ledge....he's only cleaning windows. What a shame.Who's to blame, for the pain we're missing?I'm gonna lean back on my wall and pray for him to fall.
September 21, 200817 yr I'm too impatient to handle Accurate. I hate the long pauses in between shots, so I am stuck with Rapid. 8-)
September 21, 200817 yr wow I thought rapid would ahve an overwhelming majority. fairly close. OH S***! He/she/it is back!

September 22, 200817 yr Rapid, though I've only used a Xbow once. Thoroughly retired, may still write now and again
September 22, 200817 yr PK: I don't pk much, but if I did, I'd have to go for rapid. The reason being, it hits faster and allows you to well, kill your opponent faster! If I was fighting for my life (in RuneScape), I doubt I would care how many of my arrows broke. :P Monster Hunting: For training on monsters, I used to always use rapid and I probably still will. I'm just too darned lazy to pick up the arrows so I don't need my arrows back anyways. Click Here for my RSOF 99 Construction G&A thread! Post your support!
September 23, 200817 yr Most people tell me to do rapid due to the low speed of the crossbow. But somtimes I use accurate My username is jamesrules90 NOT jimmyjames227.Click here to feed me!A nice undieable one!!!
September 26, 200817 yr It is very situational. Since I use obsidian rings along with a rune c'bow for PvP, I am often on accurate, and it DOES hit more often on high defensive items, such as torags or bandos. Also, if you are moving alot, like putting an opponents behind a safe spot, accurate is better, as it allows for better hits, and the speed doesn't matter as you are moving and can't attack. Rapid still si good though, for training, and for regular uses. But accurate shouldn't be forgotten So, Lone Star, now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb.
September 26, 200817 yr If I'm training slayer and multitasking I often use accurate. If I'm paying attention I use rapid since it's faster.
