Do you report players?

If I see RWT (not that many anymore, but I still see account sellers and cheat site advertisers) I report. Always.

Spewing insults at me just makes me giggle, and I usually turn public chat to friends ANYWAY.

Item scammers -- I don't see them often anymore... mostly 'cause I'm now P2P and the most common trick is trimming, which only really works in F2P.

Balance may be power, but chaos is still pretty damn fun.

I only report someone if they know they are breaking the rules and keep on doing it.

I rarely report for Rule 1. Everyone has a slip of the tongue, and you have to admit the chat filter is way too tight. And like those before me have said, sometimes people are just having a bad day. But if someone is cussing at me for say, beating them at Fist of Guthix then I report them without a second thought.

Item Scamming was what I reported people for the most for years, but since the December updates I haven't seen one case of item scamming, that rule is obsolete.

I don't report people for Rule 12 either, why should I care if someone is interacting with another human being? [/sarcasm]

It's only breaking Rule 12 if the other person doesn't want to share personal details, and most players who ask that question are new players who just want to make friends, and don't fully know the rules.

Item scamming is now only for runecrafting, people lieing about assisting 2x nats/10x airs for the exp.

Doesn't telling people to help manipulate GE prices with you count as item scamming too?
