Sure, you get 13000 xp for it but look at this, you can get a bagged magic tree for the low cost of 50`000! And look 13000 XP!!! Thats 110`000 gp you will save, and with that extra money, you could buy 2 more magic seeds, and what else? Theres more? Absolutely! There is 0 wait time for the xp, just instant XP,XP,XP (+10k, give that to me ;p) three times the xp for the same money, sure, you wont get the ability to cut the trees down, but if farming xp is what you want then you can get from 75-99 in a matter of minutes (well, less then a day anyway). The only downside is that you also need 75 construction...
