New forum on RSOF for clan leaders only. Not sure how they are going to decide who gets in or who doesn't but it sounds interesting. Doubt it will do much good, but it's nice to see jagex looking to improve the clan world.

I would say most major clan leaders are P2p.

F2p clan leaders can read it, just can't post.

 

Also any perm forum banned/perm muted clan leaders got the punishments removed lol.

 

 

 

I think they got them off zybez and runehead, idk if any tip.it based clans are allowed access?

Well, they do recognize Tip.it, but not for their clans. In fact, Andrew himself came into the blogscape chat and said "Hyt!"

im glad they ahve made this forum, it seemed for quite a while there that jagex wasnt really a fan of clans in general..

I think they might have added from that clan registry (Not 100% sure what it was called) that they had on the RSOF. If they incorporate this into the game some way and a highscores list similar to runehead... Would be pretty awesome.

They haven't updated that registery in a while so it couldn't had been from that since I'm not listed as leader there. It must had been from Runehead.

A little less than half. They really shouldn't add that many of them though. About 50% of RSB clans die in the first 6 months. They should only allow leaders from clans that are a year old imo.

All of the top 20, and a few skilling clans too. Around 500 clan people have access, in total.

Hmm, that isn't bad. If we can contact those people who have access, maybe they can pass on some clan-based suggestions for Jagex. They'd probably listen more to the clan leaders than in the normal clan suggestions board.

One useful thing already from this , they asked clan leaders to submit anyone who had black marks for spamming in wars, which I did, their blackmarks have now been removed :). Was almost immediate !!

We've already sent most of our suggestions through one or two of our maxed players, who were generous to offer posting some of the ideas our members had in that other hidden forum. Since much of the input from the TSG members was about gameplay and various skill/reward improvements, we ended up with a very small handful of actual "clan related" suggestions. Might be easier to get them spotted in a small crowd, at least that was our idea.
