October 9, 200817 yr Titan lasts 61 minutes, you can cast 3 scrolls per 2 minutes, so you can use about 90 scrolls per titan at maximum. Id go with 60-70:1 since you most likely wont use all.

Last time that I checked, fire titan pouches were a good deal cheaper than 10 scrolls, so buying them to convert was the most efficient method. This may have changed, though. The moss titan (the cheapest one) costs 3214gp, while 10 scrolls cost 3650gp. A fire titan pouch is also cheaper than 10 scrolls.
