Hmm, I like it, but I think something is messed up. The total loss when selling should not be that much different from the loss when alching, especially when the alch price is very similar to the sell price.

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: Figured it out, you had it subtract the price of one pouch, not one pouch * how many pouches you were making.

Very impressive calculator, I'll make good use of it for the last summon level that I'm going for :) The only downfall is that the GE prices can't update automaticly, however it gives a very good idea at what the cost will be never the less. 9/10 :P

 

 

 

Edit: You also seem to have misspelt blue as "bleu" every time. Lol.

philip_kolar, i also wanted to update the prices automaticly, but i have no idea how to do it.

Here, take a look at the guide to use Google Docs to track High-scores. This explains how to get it to take the data from the RS hi-scores. To make it from the grand exchange, just change the link of it and find the row and column in which the price is.

Erm, the total amount of money lost when selling still doesn't work, I don't think you changed it. All you have to do is change the first one from

 

 

 

=(G34+((P34)*E34))-(R34)

 

to

 

=(G34+((P34)*E34))-((R34) * (E34))

 

or

 

=(G34+((P34 - R34)*E34))

 

 

 

Then you just click in the little bottom right square, and drag down to continue that formula all the way down the line.

This take the amount it costs you in shards, and adds in the amount it costs you in seconds. This is right so far. But then it takes away the price of a nature and the alching price. It should take away the alching price minus the nature, so it should look like this.

 

=(G34+((P34)*E34)-((S34 - B29)*E34))

I think you're link might be out of date. I downloaded the most recent link you have but the formula's are still messed up and blue is still bleu.

A few of the formulas are incorrect. For example, doing Spirit Terrorbird, you have the formula as this for the number of shards you get back:

 

=CEILING((Y58*E63)*0.7,1)

 

 

 

This multiplies all the shards you used by .7 then rounds it up. However, you're supposed to multiply the shards required for each pouch by .7, round that, then multiply it by the number of pouches. It should look like this:

 

=CEILING(Y58*0.7,1)*E63

 

 

 

Theres a big difference. If you needed like.. 1,000 spirit terrorbird pouches for a level (since that will make my calculations easier), then your current formula would say that I would get back 8400 shards, which is incorrect. With my formula, it will say you get 9000 shards back, the actual amount. I have tested this with many pouches to make sure this is the correct formula to use.

 

 

 

Your money lost when alching pouches is wrong, too. It currently looks like this for Spirit Terrorbirds:

 

=(G63+((P63)*E63)-((B$29+S63)*E63))

 

The way you have it written, you are adding the nature rune price to the alch value, so it is acting like you receive nature runes for alching pouches... which you don't. The correct formula is this:

 

=(G63+((P63+B$29)*E63)-((S63)*E63))

 

 

 

that changes a lot... I mean, for like 34k-ish pouches it said when I plugged my stuff in, the value changed from -10m (which is a gain of 10m) to 5m.

 

 

 

The formulas for money lost alching and selling don't take into account the pouches that use 2 second ingrediants.

 

 

 

Thats all that I could see that was wrong. and it kinda screwed up my calculations... so you might wanna fix that.
