October 21, 200817 yr You could always use *Protect from Missiles*, and take som alch runes with you, so you can alch thouse Fremennik blades, Fremennik helms and Fremennik shields, as there alch for around 3k each. October 21, 200817 yr They pile you and have a very high max hit. Range prayer is recommended, their drops pay for the prayer potions.
