transfering my items to another acct

Featured Replies

is there anyway I can transfer my items to my main account?

Can I just drop it and let the other account get it?

No, it is against Runescape, and thus tip.it's, rules to have two accounts owned by the same person ineracting in any way.

First off, stop messing around guys, just tell him that its against the Runescape rules that any of the account you created CAN NOT have any interaction with each other. This means drop item and let one pick up, or give items to your friend and have you friend transfer them again to you.

Since the trade limit being introduce, you can't do that anyways.

Lastly, go read the entire rule section again, sometimes people assuming some actions are legitamant (SP?) but yeah, best read through them again and make sure you adhere all of them strictly so you dont get nick in the back for breaking a rule that you thought it was ok.

Wow this topic is full of tools.

Anyway to actually help(!) the original poster, if you were to drop trade between your accounts, you would not see the items in the second account. And pretty much any other way that you can think of to transfer items no longer works as well, it was part of the changes in a series of changes to combat runescape gold for real cash trading.

And as all the brown-nosers pointed out, it does break the runescape rule where you are not allowed to have your accounts interact with each other. Although, I'm sure that all the little saints who started squealing ban have in fact transfered items between accounts before, I sure as hell have. (zomg report him to jagplex!)

So to sum up, no you can't. What is in one account must stay in that account.

Some games do not mix...

Anything dropped on the ground thats more than 3k wont show for anyone else anyway.

"We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. If we let players start doing this, it devalues RuneScape for others. We feel your status in real-life shouldn't affect your ability to be successful in RuneScape" Jagex 01/04/01 - 02/03/12

I introduce you to: Rule #8

Might feel unfair really, if you own both accounts, but you can't do that anymore. Not is it just against the rules, but Jagex has changed the game mechanics to the point where it's not possible to transfer items between two players like before.

(The rule is)

You may create more than one account, but if you do, you may not log in more than one account at any time, and they must not interact with each other in any way. This includes 'drop trading' or any other method of item transfer.

Sorry bud, but it just can't be done anymore.
