It depends on whatever your level in the skill you use it is. Just take your level and times it by 10. October 29, 200817 yr most other holiday items don't have any purpose either, they're just to look cool . . . and you generally retrieve lost items from Diango in Draynor, so it will probably be accessible there.

The one of few exceptions are those group of three guys south of the crafting guild. theres the guy from family crest in the al kharid mine entrance and the guy with the broken cart quest south of varrock 1100 total achieved 03/02/09 880thousandth to reach it :P1200 total achieved 29/09/11 1.23millionth to reach it :P
