November 27, 200817 yr Just annoy the people who haven't sent in their sigs yet, with like a daily pm. That'll teach em either to enter something, or to drop out. That way, the people who really do want to make this happen will stay in the tournament, and the people who kinda slack off or just don't have enough time, will drop out.
