D Jay99
Willows are by far better than maples. I suggest you read this.
obfuscator
Willows are faster xp, with maples you will make some cash back. "It's not a rest for me, it's a rest for the weights." - Dom Mazzetti
Monegasque
I have 99 Wcing and you shoudl cut willows until level 99, there's no way faster (maybe teak)!
lcchs
apparently teak is faster then willow
UnknownRemoval
I want to call you an idiot when using the word 'apparently'. Teak IS the wood to cut for 99. Considerably more experience per log that willow and a 35 woodcutting requirement, so it basically cuts at the same speed. With higher levels at Ape Atoll when dropping you can amass between 70-80exp/hour. So, if you are aiming for 99 but not worried about the cash flow, do teaks. UnknownRemoval
If you want to bank teak though and plank it for decent cash, you can bank items with trading sticks at the village which name I cannot remember, and if you have not started/finished Royal Trouble you can cut teaks on Ecteria, as the bank is only 5 spaces away, after the quest all logs to to ratings. :wall: Retired Crew Member | Retired RuneScape Player

UnknownRemoval
Snipers, it would of been easier for you to post that as well as edit. If you desist on teaks (which, is the best route: fastest exp, logs sell, make planks for more profit) then I will have to side with willows. Retired Crew Member | Retired RuneScape Player
Troacctid
Maples are horrible for training. They're slow experience and they're barely worth any money. You should have no reason to chop them ever. As for willows, they're also pretty bad. Compared to eucalyptus, you'd need to make about 800k gp/hr in order for willows to be more efficient. But compared with dropping teaks, you'd need to make less than about 100k gp/hr. That means in order for willows to be better than teaks, they have to be worse than eucs, and vice-versa. :ugeek: I advise cutting eucalyptus, since you claim to dislike teaks. If he will not do teaks, I expect he has a 'dislike' for all these more unusual trees. Also I read that guide, it was interesting. 8-) Retired Crew Member | Retired RuneScape Player
