Seeing as this was done in PDN (Stick out from a mile it was made in it), I would suggest that you look on the Paint.Net Forums. They have heaps of tutorials on there where you can learn new techniques. Here is the link: http://gimptalk.com/ .

Lol Ouchy, this is basicaly advertising for a game which isn't discussed on Tip.It. This is a Runescape forum, not Maple Story.

It's still art, so the user should be given 'help' on how to get better, and I really do mean help...

I think its bad. This is nothing more than 2 gradients and then a filter on top of it. The image of your maple story guy is not even cut out. You still see the black background.

Your just advertising for your forum here. We on the tipit forum don't know the certain alex_gamer. You ask us to put an image ,which i think 99.9999999999% of people finds ugly, into our sig. Its also far to big for a signature on the tipit forum. So I think close this topic and go away. This is what I believe not contributing to the tip.it forum.

Another thing is that the image is far too big for a forum signature.

I don't htink you see it but this is not put here to get comment on his art, but only to get people to go to the forums with that campagin thing. So this is spamming
