CampbellMC
Stay at flesh crawlers to be honest. You could upgrade to lessers in karamaja volcano at 50-60 but keep in mind it will be very crowded.

This You can go to lessers at 70 range if you really want but you still hit bad on them. So do like hill giants or flesh crawlers till 75 or something and you can switch to lessers Come to #tip-it on Swift IRC, if you're cool

Yomyth105, I'm surprised that you don't remember my recent post in another thread about this kind of thing. However, to help you along, I've copied it over from the other thread. Read on, and delight in wisdom... 8-) [quote name=From the post at viewtopic.php?p=6195264#p6195264 by D_V_Devnull, it was]I actually answered something similar to this recently. :geek: ... However, here we go... The S.O.S.'s First Floor (War) is a rather good place to train and get a whole boatload of stuff. You'll wish to fight the "Minotaur (Level 27)"s in the room in the southeast. Bring 150 Iron Arrows, 1 Maple Shortbow, Full Green D'hide, Leather (NOT Fighting) Boots, Power Ammy, 1 Coif, and 4 Lobsters/Swordfish... Use the barrier in that room to range over and kill monsters to your heart's content, taking damage only if you make slight mistakes, and gaining a near-endless supply of copper/tin (which you'd probably sell later) ores, Rune Essence, and more Bronze/Iron Arrows than you can shake a stick at. I think you'll find yourself quite happy with your outcome... Especially since this can be done completely by yourself, without help. And in case you're curious, I currently have '68 Ranged' only because I'm trying to train (and catch up) skills right now, otherwise my combat stuff would probably be a bit higher. However, I can certify that my advice will get you to 75 comfortably. Further, you'll get it without the problem of accidentally losing your stuff because you decided to try and AFK your training, which usually results in a nasty random event monster showing up. ~Mr. D. V. "When training, be there... Don't AFK..." Devnull I seriously hope this keg of info helps you, Yomyth105 ... Zaaps1
Flesh crawlers...all the way. Don't go to lessers, they are terrible xp. Crawlers are best. I've tested all the possible methods in f2p and that is my conclusion. ~It's Super Effective! CowsEatFood
You can also train at cockroach workers. There are safespots and pretty good drops.

matrix2613
They have 54 Hitpoints so 4X54=216 xp per kill. Their drops are--cosmic,nature,earth,chaos,death runes, cal and mith ore, uncut gems, and mith platebody, sq shield, and med helm. Take natures and a fire staff for the mith items, and a chiesel(if you want the xp, if not just sell them uncut their more gp that way), 500-1000 mith or addy arrows depeding on your budget. also, take a few wines as they heal 11 hp but are only worth like 80gp, but the downside is that it lowers attack by two, but since you're ranging, it won't matter. They have resonably high defence so I recoment you wate until at least 50+ range, if not 60+. You can get great profit there, and it is also a good place for you to practice the range/2h technique as they have good hitpoints. Good Luck. woot. You are one with the matrix. Marksman0010
Moss giants are also good if you want a profit. 240xp per kill there are two safespots so you can kill both giants. I have never made but one prayer to God, a very short one: 'O Lord, make my enemies ridiculous.' And God granted it.-- Voltaire

I'd stick to fleshies for now. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
