November 9, 200817 yr what is the fastest 99 at my skills? fishing or hunter? and what method/s shoould i use to get em very fast whilst still making a heap of cash? how long will these methods take in hrs?

You can also go the no money route and fly fish for quick xp, or do the barbarian training fishing. Here's some calculations for your benefit, in case money is a factor. Hunter You'll need 47,536 red chins to 99, which at the current GE price of 652 ea., that's 30,993,472. Fishing You'll need to catch 100,702 monkfish to 99, which at the current GE prices, cooked is 367, and raw is 408. Cooked = 36,957,634 Raw = 41,086,416. So even if you cooked the monkfish that you got, you'd still make 5,964,162 profit, and a cooking 99 as well. If you just sold them all, you'd receive about 10,092,944. Those are exact figures as of now, but the price shouldn't flucuate too bad. Mostly 'cause of PvP worlds; before they were 56 and 31 each, respectively. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
November 10, 200817 yr how many monkfish can i catch at my level in one hour? I have an rs friend who says it was 200something in the 80's, so at 72, I would imagine it'd be 100, 150 something around that...I'm actually heading there now, so I can give you a more exact answer soon. EDIT: I used an Ibis and got results leaving me with about 225 per hour (27k per hour), and without an Ibis, it was about 205 per hour (24.6k per hour). November 10, 200817 yr I'd personally go for Fishing. I mean, are you ever going to catch another chincompa after 99? What about fish another monkfish after 99? In addition, Barbarian Fly Fishing nets about 12 hours worth of agility, 12 hours worth of strength, and about 8 hours worth of cooking xp. That agility xp especially would help in everything else you do. ~It's Super Effective! November 10, 200817 yr I'd go with Hunter. It can be way more profitable. At level 83 you can hunt Dragon Implings which may not give much experience but sell for 400k each
