November 9, 200817 yr I tend to take some damage, but not enough to bring food. My inventory consists of Holy Wrench, 3 Prayer Pots (4), Slayer Gem, 10 Herbcall Scrolls (but they don't really work in the tower...), a Pure set. I bank my herbs, Ranarr and above-ish. Also, if you don't have slayer helm, use the Salve Amulet. If you have the Salve Amulet (e), I'm pretty sure it beats both of those, so use that.
