Don't get me wrong, those are nice pictures. I just find them boring and dull. Nothing really seems to stand out too much. :| Been a while since I posted in this forum. :o

Like Promise said, nice pictures, but they seem a bit boring and dull. Perhaps adjust the pictures a little bit if you have PS/GIMP?

Yeah I was just trying the features,since I hadn't used the D70 for a long time.It was hard to find nice trees though.But I think I can get a chance to bring it to the Botanical Gardens,that would be nice.

Agreed. I also noticed quite a bit of repetition: i.e. three tree trunk pictures, the only difference being the position of the tree. Try upping the contrast and experimenting with different subjects, rather than staying with the same thing.

just take a load of photos, you'll find a style that you like, but for now, try and get more contrast, you could even try spoofin em up with photoshop :)

Yeah,was trying to see which setting was the best,consistency kind of helps me there.

 

 

 

Pictars was on purpose.Also,I would butcher anything I put into Photoshop,unless I'm just changing file type.

 

 

 

I'm going to Canadia this December,will probably have better pictars then.

 

 

 

Might stick my L4D hand-drawn hand in here if I can get it to look good.
