Cant I use the Abbys?

Yes you can but you'll be hit hard there. Note that entrana does not allow certain armors, but if you have a completed saradomin prayerbook, you can bring it freely. Don't forget the spottier cape, penance gloves (if possible) and lightness boots!

I am talking from personal experience here but I crafted cosmic runes from the abyss with only 65 defense and I barely had any damaged done to me at all. I took on average like 5 damaged a trip.

Nats, simply because you can bring a familiar and therefore craft an extra 300 ess per hour. That makes up for the money and xp you would've gotten at laws.

Not really, since you'll have to eat more because you'll get hit more. You also cannot bring a pickaxe, so half the time your trips will be extended by a few seconds.

 

 

 

Although perhaps at that low summoning, laws would be a bit better than nats. Still, once you get the abyssal familiars, craft nats.

I suggest doing Laws. I did Laws from 54-60 Runecrafting, and I made 2.5m off of it. :) With Nature runes, I wouldn't have made as much money, plus, with either the Abyss or the Runecrafting Guild, it would have been the same rate.
