Also should I use monk robes to minimize loss, or should I take good armour?

You'll be fine once you know what you're doing. I suggest taking some good protection for the final fight if you plan to melee, i also suggest checking out some youtube videos as i got owned when i did it!

you won't die if you have 43+ prayer

I did it in one night, took around 2 hours. I had around the same stats as you, but you still have higher. You'll do fine if you know what your doing.

Took me about 3 hours.

 

 

 

Just buy proselyte/initiate armor, it's not even too much but it has significantly better stats. 1 prayer pot will do it if you run through the tunnel.

Took me like 6 hours hours over 3 nights because of the stupid jail. For the tunnel, I think Monk's Robes would be better, because they weigh a LOT less than Proselyte/Initiate.

about 2h, use prayer when you go to tunnel, i think proselyte is better because it has better pray bonus and about extra weight: you can always try energy pots :thumbup:

good armour is the way to go, with a few energy pots you can make it through with minimal damage, also bring a few antipoisons, the only reason i had to lave the island was because of the stupid spiders and such poisoning me..

No harm in making multiple trips. For the tunnels wear light prayer boosting gear, Monks Robes, Lightness boots, penance gloves, spottier cape. Just bring a prayer pot or too and some super energy restores along with some lobsters for the falling rocks.

 

 

 

Just be careful whilst on the Atoll and you will be fine there.

 

 

 

Final fight may be tough, but prayer works there too.
