Headbang before you talk to me. Equip a steel plate body, maple shortbow, and a Wilderness cape." My main concern is the quest though. These dudes hit quite hard and are located on a multizone. Prayer works. Their armour looks like the normal Khazard armour, at least to me. The dungeon is at the Khazard battlefield. - How strong is their defence? Don't seem too inhumane, yet not a really weak either. These aren't sounding like a particularly good method of training. To be honest it looks like just another quest area and nothing more: as a training spot there probably are better ones.
