why is the hill shaped like a boob so massive compared to the castle?

I think it looks good, just gotta work on your technique and proportions.

I dont really like the abs on the guy, look to circular :P And his body would be turned to the side instead of straight because look at his legs, i dont know many people who want to stand like that :P

You realy need to work on landscapes and faraway buildings.

 

 

 

Also try to figure how a certain point of view can shape the above elements.

Yes, its got a suprising amount of detail and some nice shading for a first try. Very good job...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The clouds look brushed (no brushings in pixels :P) and it looks like it would be hard to climb the massive "boob" to get into the castle. The sword blends in a little too much with the background, as well..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyways, I'd suggest reading some pixel tutorials. There are some strict "rules" to pixeling, as well as some optional things that would make your stuff look much nicer, and I'd suggest checking them out.

he has no real shoulders and if he did they should be a little lower.

You've tried to put depth to the castle but not to the towers or walls. It looks like its made out of paper
