Newest version up. I added the small text like some people have suggested. I think it looks pretty good actually, good idea guys.

 

 

 

Took me a while to think up all the different words in a semantic field of cars.

 

I've used most of them more than once, but the main red part over the door is all original I think.

 

 

 

It's mainly words like manifold, carburetor, grip, steering, downforce etc.

Woah! That's a lot more dense than I was expecting. :lol:

 

 

 

It looks like you just put transparent lines of text behind what you've got. The idea I was going for was smaller words more tightly packed together, but not necessarily over top one another. Then, if you like, you can change individual words to different colours to create the effect of "shading."

V3 is looking great :thumbup: The 'filler' text adds a nice touch to it :thumbup:

I hate those things in the middle of the wheel. But good other than that.

On the outsides, some words are too hard to read, specially the "airbrake". I had to focus my eyes very carefully to see it. Could you add some contrast to it?

Would you be kind enough to upload the PSD Pryo?

I don't really want to post my whole psd here, not that I don't trust anyone, I'd just rather not have it on the internet, you never know.

 

 

 

But I counted the layers, there are 272 individual layers. Although there are a couple of groups duplicated for non-destructive purposes, which are then hidden. There are probably about ~200 active visible layers

I love it...however I'm not as big of a fan as the version with the bg. The words get a bit hard to see once it starts overlapping the trees...
