Well...the only option left is Barrows.

Slayer.

I'm a slayer fan myself but veracs is useless there.

It's good for 2 tasks: Kalphites (KQ) and Mithril Dragons. You can use it at elite black knights, but I found it easier to just use 2 attack styles. It is decent at barrows. But verac's as a set is now outdated with godswords. It's only major use comes in the pieces, specifically the helm and skirt which provide very good defense bonuses with a decent prayer bonus to use while monster hunting.

If you're up for a major change in scenery I suggest trying shades of mor'ton collecting remains to burn for prayer exp; I could only manage myself to do around 500 before I went crazy of having to do clues every other run to the alter, and it's also an interesting experience if you ever wanted to make splitbark armor. Otherwise I agree with mole and barrows suggestion since you don't like kq.

Yea, I sold my set and bot Guthans for slayer.

Verac's helps if you like to hunt giant rock crabs (level 137). They have very high defence you know. But otherwise, the set isn't too useful outside of pvp. The armor does have a nice prayer bonus though.

The quest points in the stat pic above this message is wrong, disregard it.

Yeah, everyone loves me!

Guthans is also outdated. Earn BTP and get 68 summoning.

Hardly. With a bunyip you can't use a combat familiar.

Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:

Which is useful in what percentage of slayer tasks? Hint: The elimination of guthans for a bunyip is going to speed things far more then any level 68 combat summon will, with far less hassle, on any task that doesn't require prayer. And I can't name one task off the top of my head where it is worth using, although there may be one out there. Combat familiars, especially at level 68, don't do much.
