December 16, 200817 yr I don't believe anything EDGE says. Last year they voted Halo 3 for best innovation when it didn't even come out that year (and was anything but innovative) Agreed. Anyone who calls Halo innovative deserves a punch in the fave and a -rep. ;) I third that. A sequel that barely improves anything isn't innovative. I think EDGE (who I honestly never heard of before this) is trying to run off the LBP hype.. Like that of Halo last year.

Eh, Halo 3 had a few innovations like theater and forge (well, they were innovative for console games, anyway). But yeah, mostly Bungie created a watered-down Halo 2 with new guns.

I didn't bother watching the VGA's, for the simple reason that i find ALL award shows to be annoying marketing ploys. however, with that said, they are missing one catagory that should be there, besides horror, jrpg,etc., and that is worst game of the year. If you choose your beliefs/lifestyle simply based on what your parents want, then you are a weak minded individual and are not even worthy of calling yourself a person.
