TIFBlack: v2

So, after a few weeks of procrastination hard work I'm more or less done with the second version of my forum style. The new version is more XHTML 1.0 strict compliant, includes fixes for IE and early versions of Chrome, I nearly completely redid the imageset and the theme images, made the colors more consistent etc. IE doesn't kill it as bad anymore unless you're using a really tiny resolution.

I have set up a sandbox forum on my site (You'll notice that I haven't been bothered to come up with anything for the home page yet) which is located here. (There are a few things to smooth out yet but they'll be fixed soon)

I'd really like to hear your honest opinions on it. Anything is changeable.

Looks great. My only (small) complaint would be about the colour of the links when you hover your mouse over them; the blue doesn't really seem to work with the orange and black. I probably would have gone for light grey or something else that's more neutral, but I suppose it won't bother anyone really, so it's fine as it is. :P

Nice work.

Nice to see a update on this ::' This version looks smoother, and just better overal :P

There's not a lot c/c that i can give, except: When you make a test-forum, make sure there is 1 part of the forum where guests can reply, so that they can see what that looks like :)

So good job on this one ::' I try'd 4 browsers and it actually worked (quite) properly on all 4 of them :)

Using Safari, the above is my only complaint as well.

Those who don't like my a:hover ( :( ), take a look at prosilver- Its links, too are very contrasting colors. (Blue and on hover red) And it works great.

But then, it was a professional designer who did that. :P

Oh yeah, Safari actually renders CSS quite good, it's actually one of the better browsers (Along with Chrome and Firefox) at it.

Looks great and is better than the previous one (at least on IE). :D

Yeah. I spent hours making it show up correctly in that crappy browser. :| Do the post buttons change when you mouseover them? I don't have a copy of IE6 to try it on...
