December 28, 200817 yr I'd use monkfish over pineapple pizzas and you should range ahrim so add a rune c'bow and broad bolts too. 1-2 prayer potions help for extra runs but dunno if you can with your stats. EDIT: don't really feel like posting again but I like one click food over two clicks incase of trouble.

December 28, 200817 yr Super sets really aren't necessary...but take them if you want. I agree with ranging ahrim, i personally liek to use a hunter bow, though. Equipment should be like... -neitz helm -glory -barrows plate -verac skirt -slayer staff -mage arena cape or your best one -barrows gloves -dragon boots -zamorak book -ring of life -broad or kebbit bolts Also have karils(forgot to check your range level, dhide if it's under 70), rune or hunter xbow, whip, dds, a prayer potion(for emergencies), mind and death runes(I take 800 and 200), spade, home tab...as much food as you need, (you'll find out after a few trips) and I'm sure that I'm forgetting something... December 28, 200817 yr NO. Don't use slayer dart. Use earth wave (fire wave once you hit 75). Wear full veracs, bring a whip, a DDS or a range weapon (for use on Ahrim), pure set, several sara brews, a super restore, a few prayer pots, a spade, a tele tab, runes for earth wave, and food (I'd use a mix of pineapple pizzas and sharks). Take your first sara brew dose at the bank so you don't waste a super restore. Pray on Dharok, Verac, Ahrim, and Karil, and tank Torag and Guthan. Do as many runs as you can.
