Actually, no. It's a mechanical drafting program. There are major differences between modeling programs and mechanical drafting programs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Not that you can't do wierd stuff with a mechanical drafting program, but it's not going to work nearly as well for art as 3Dsm or Maya or etc..
