teatonev Posted January 10, 2009 Share Posted January 10, 2009 At 53? Blackjacking bandits in Pollniveach. You can get over 100k exp/h when you get good at it. But you'll be level 65 and on to the Menaphite thugs before you get good at it :lol: I'd recommend reading the Mega Thieving Guide on RSOF.
