Yes yes, gonna do the pay $5 whine... but when's the last time you've used the game room? Likely not often... and there are very few that do anymore, which makes it harder to get ranks at all unless you like going +1 every round Instead of being attached to burthope it could be under the Falador abandoned mansion. Other: Staking: It could have a bank inside and a floor dedicated to staking games Prizes: Use your rank to get armor or other useless status symbols (like chompy hats, it doesn't take down your rank when buying armor, but you can only buy armor up to that rank) Your ideas/comments/suggestions are welcome I just posted something! ^_^ to the terrorist...er... kirbybeam.
July 24, 200520 yr Usually I dont like the idea of larger updates for f2p too often but I like this idea. I just went to the games room today and got killed by runesmithie in checkers and connect four and there was no one there, except a few other people which take up a tiny corner of the game room.

July 25, 200520 yr I like this idea. Rather than having a "mini" games room somewhere, which would make the games room problem a bit worse in P2P (2 locations for an unpopular feature), have a teleport portal in Remmington to and from the Burthorpe games room. For F2P, then, the stairs would be off limits. A couple more enhancements to the games room should include: 1. Staking (I'm not a gambler, but since we have staking in the Dueling area, no reason not to have it here - except that it would be P2P only) 2. More game options, including Chess, some card games (2 player/4 player games?), and Backgammon. 3. I'm working on a new skill idea where playing games will actually permit you to train this new skill, though the gained experience will actually be pretty low compared to what the skill will actually be used for. However, with a skill tied to gaming, people will want to play games to train, especially at the lower levels. I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but, I am not sure you realize tht what you heard is not what I meant.
