For those of you who saw this in the ultimate weapons debate, im posting it again. Here is my proposition:

I want (Rare) weapons. Like regular weapons except different colors. They would have to be limited to the Non-smithable weapons tho. But imagine if you were killing abyssal deamons, and you got a whip drop, but you look again, and the whip is really a Whip®. And it would be blue and yellow. Same stats, but blue and yellow instead of black and red. Or how about a gold D Long. Or a blue blade on your D scimmy? A florescent half orange and half green D2H. A Dharok Greataxe with a red blade and such. Or not limited to weapons, and you could get a gold and grey D chain? or a set of green dragon plate legs? You could wear a full dragon armor set and be a walking rainbow!!! Green and gold torags pl8, blue torags legs, a red torag helm, and orange Hammers!! I propose Jagex makes these rare weapons, and multiply the odds of getting one by 1000. so instead of a 1/1000 odds of getting a whip at abyssal demons, give the Whip® 1/1000000 odds. or one in 1000 whips will be rare or something like that. Maybe even rarer then 1/1000 out of the drops/chest rewards. Maybe 1/2000 out of the odds of getting a drop.

Would this work? And what are the odds of getting a whip drop anyway? Or any other barrows or dragon drop for that matter? Would they be too rare?

Another item I want in the game are species specific weaponry and armor. Like a Dragon slayer armor and sword set that gives bonuses to Att, Damage, Str, Def, and Xp, with protection from dragonbreath. Read my post in the Ultimate Weapons thread, found in the Debate forum. Its on Page 5. It details the type of armor i want. And we need some good weapon for Demon Killing. Darklight is a joke. So lets get a good demon killing armor set and stuff for the lower lvls. Make those at a lvl 50 Att, Def, Str, and 30 Slay. Give the little guys a chance to kill the Black demons.........

I was hoping for this too, although I was leaning more towards level 4 Treasure Trail rewards to release them.

Not exactly the same thing, but Gilded Dragon Platebody? Hmmmm...

And trade in Frog Tokens for green Dragon Equipment. Huge numbers though. Castle Wars 3rd armor set huge numbers.

And for everything else, that is awfully rare, possibly enough so to cause even more junk trading. The idea is cool but others may not agree with it, since junk trading is apparently the bane of the RuneScape society right now.

What if you could dye your items instead... :P

Would keep the prices the same, but reduce the limited variety.

Heck, make the special dyes a rare drop, and the armour that goes along with it semi-rare.

99 dungeoneering achieved, thanks to everyone that celebrated with me!

to reply to sees_all1, im proposing it to be implemented on the rare armor anyway. There is really no way to make it for all armor, because the rest of the armor is smithable. thats why i want it limited to dragon, barrows, third age, and anything that is not smithed. this would included the sara sword and zammy spear. I dont know about the dyes that you would use to make the armor, cause most of it is some sort of metal. It also doesnt really have a set pattern to the way that it could be dyed. Like a silver and green drag chain, split the color diagonly across the chest like one of the old shirts used to be.

Basically i was hoping that this armor would serve as a status symbol kind of. perhaps you could make it non-tradable or something. Like the shield and helm you can put your symbol on from construction. I dont really have the mechanics worked out, but im sure that getting it any way would involve lots of mind numbing repetitive skilling.

I would like to trade in frog tokens for something else, perhaps they could make it possible to change the color of a weapon by using enough frog tokens. something like 2900 tokens to change an entire armor set, including weapon, to multiple colors. although that is a ton of frog tokens. looks like i might start fishing alot lol.

Hey! I just threw this idea out there. It doesn't have to be the colors I used, and yeah wearing a full set of the stuff would look wierd. But if you just took one piece, then probably you would get it to look amazing with something.........like some way to get good armor that matched the different skill cape colors. Or something like that. Pretty much anything besides the regular brown and off white of regular barrows.

I doubt that more than maybe 5 people in all of runescape have enough frog tokens to get even half of a green dragon weapon if it would be comparable to the amount castle wars tickets to get the 3rd set of armor.

you need 2.9k C wars tickets to get the full set. I know people who play enough to have several hundred frog tokens. like 600. Thats the plate body of the 3rd armor set.
